Candied Sweet Potatoes

Directions
- Boil sweet potatoes until soft (approximately 10 potatoes).
- Drain.
- Put sweet potatoes into a 9x13" pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar.
- Dot with 1 stick butter.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until syrup thickens.
- Cover with marshmallows and bake until brown.
