Salmon Pâté

Ingredients
  • 1 can pink salmon, remove skin, bones, etc. (mash with fork)
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 to 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • chopped pecans
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and then cover with chopped parsley and chopped pecans.
  2. Serve with Triscuits or your favorite crackers.
