Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 lbs American cheese, grated
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 jar pimentos, medium
  • 3 jalapenos, diced

Directions

  1. Grate cheeses and combine all ingredients.
  2. Form into balls and roll into parsley.
  3. Wrap in saran wrap, refrigerate or freeze.
