Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 large apples, cored and cut in 1/2" chunks (5 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped, toasted

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl; toss to mix and coat. Serves 4.
