Old Fashion Coleslaw

Recipe from restaurant in Marquette, Kansas.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cabbage
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup whipping cream (do not whip)
Directions
- Shred cabbage.
- Mix up other ingredients 1/2 hour before serving. Pour over cabbage and serve.
